Corey R. Cutler
A Boston native, Corey R. Cutler attended Boston University where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Cutler then obtained his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law where he served as editor-in-chief of the law school newspaper, Due Process. Mr. Cutler has been a litigation attorney since graduating law school and being sworn-in in 1985.
Mr. Cutler is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Holding that where prior arrest on similar criminal charges is too remote in time, information related to such prior arrest is stale and not sufficient to establish probable cause to support issuance of a warrant to search defendant's home without further evidence of continuing criminal operation.
