Joseph joined Cutler & Associates in 2017 as an administrator/bookkeeper. He graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Prior to joining the firm he had worked at State Street Bank & Trust for thirty years.
