Cambridge, MA – John Corcoran Loses Life in Memorial Dr Crash

Cambridge, MA (September 25, 2024) - A bicyclist has lost his life as a result of a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred in Cambridge on Monday evening, September 23.

At around 5:45 p.m., John H. Corcoran was riding a bicycle on Memorial Drive near Boston University’s DeWolfe Boathouse. For unknown reasons, a man in his 20s lost control of his vehicle and struck the bicyclist. Corcoran was severely injured as a result of the accident. He was rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he died from his injuries. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
