Fall River, MA (August 19, 2024) – The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that 62-year-old Donalda Ferreira lost her life as a result of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred on Friday evening, August 16.

According to official reports, at around 9:05 p.m., Ferreira was walking in the area of 278 President Avenue. For unknown reasons, she was struck by a Chevy Sonic, which was driven by a 42-year-old woman. Ferreira was severely injured as a result of the accident.
