Roxbury, MA – Two-Vehicle Accident with Injuries on Melnea Cass Blvd

Roxbury, MA (July 15, 2024) – Authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Roxbury area that ended in injuries. The incident was reported to officials at around 9:40 a.m. on July 15.

According to police reports, two vehicles collided on Melnea Cass Boulevard. The Roxbury police and firefighters arrived at the scene and located both of the vehicles blocking the roadway near Harrison Avenue. Emergency officials immediately shut down the road to prevent further damage. Emergency medical services were requested on-site to render aid to the injured victims. At least one of the people involved in the accident was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. At this time, the incident is under investigation by the police and Roxbury.
