Springfield, MA – One Killed in Car Crash on Page Blvd at Rocus St

Springfield, MA (September 17, 2024) – A man lost his life as a result of a motorcycle accident that occurred on Saturday morning, September 14. The collision was reported to officials at around 2:45 a.m.

Reports show that a motorcycle and a car collided on Page Boulevard near Rocus Street. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and located an adult male with severe injuries. Despite medical efforts, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the car, identified as 39-year-old precious Garrett, was outside their car. Police took Garrett into police custody for one count of motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of liquor. The Springfield Police Department is currently investigating the accident.
