Taunton, MA (September 17, 2024) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Taunton area claimed one person’s life. The collision took place at around 1:20 a.m. on September 15.

Reports show that a male driver was traveling eastbound on Route 44. As he passed through the area near 608 Winthrop Street, his vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer.
